We were very brand new to the Orlando area and began our search online looking at homes. One of the homes I sent a message to Ali responded right away! Since we knew nothing about the area it was important that our Realtor did. Wow! after a review with him everything he showed us was spot on. He also went out of his way to show us homes in the different areas where he thought we might liked based on our conversations. There was not a home we visited that was something we did not like. He knew our time was valuable and he did not waste it. Once we found a place his network of support people including lenders, inspectors, etc. was very impressive. Ali is the best! He was patient and stuck with us for a year while we were looking for our forever home. Through our wedding and later a pandemic. I had a list of things that I wanted. He was great at sending me new listings that met my criteria and was so quick to help us see the ones that popped up, which is good because the houses sell so quickly here. In each house he was looking at the roof and pointing out various things that might need attention. He was familiar with the locations we were looking and had historical mentions and was aware of if the house was priced correctly. When we found our home he was so great with the whole process.
